Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are purchasing online, you may be subject to sales tax based on your location.
Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons for an order being canceled. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
When will I get my order?
All items purchased online will be shipped within 3 business days and shipping confrimation will be sent via email.
All orders purchased for in store pick up are ready within 2 hours of purchase.
If your order is not ready when you arrive, please give our team time to help you.
Shipping Policy
Every order is automatically protected by complimentary insurance coverage, subject to the following terms:
- Lost or stolen orders must be reported within 3 business days of delivery confirmation.
- Orders valued above $250 will require a police report or case number to process a claim.
- Undelivered packages must be reported within 14 business days of the last tracking update.
If these timeframes are not met, vaulV will not be held responsible for any losses.
Return Policy
RETURNS MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF ITEMS.
We review all returns individually and reserve the right to decline any that don’t meet our guidelines.
If you were sent the incorrect item or received a defective item please call or text the number in our contact tab.
If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
The additional shipping costs for exchanges will not be Vault’s responsibility.
Return labels can only be provided to US addresses.
Order Changes
We do our best to accommodate order changes prior to fulfillment. However, changes after the order is placed are not guaranteed. Once fulfillment begins, we’re unable to make any modifications.
Vault is not responsible for unmet requests made after your order is confirmed.
International Orders — Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may incur import duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
